More Cabopino.. Feel so at home here, we sat and listened to a French singer, guitarist and keyboards.. 

We met up with my friend S. from Alhaurin on Friday, we walked talked, pastries, then ice-cream later... Left her at her bus at 5pm! From 10:45am! We then, stupidly carried on walking around Fuengirola,.got too tired, the bus stop too busy so Ubered it back here..

After tapas and Mercadona we got home just after nine.. very very long tiring day..

A couple of days before we met up with Y. and G., friends of M.s... spend a good few hours with them, closer to here up near Lidl.. that was a good day too..

M. and I have spent every day talking, sometimes singing.. a lot of time remembering.. reminiscing and one helluva a lot laughing! 

Afternoons in and by the pool, more than I ever normally would do.. mornings out and about.. I see customers from the shop, friends from years back.. 

I make us walk to Cabopino most evenings.. stretch our legs.. watch beautiful sunsets and feel the warm breeze on our faces or backs..

My neighbor from Alhaurin came down last Sunday, we sat at a local bar, chatting doe a couple of hours.. just like the old days..

Cabopino Beach..

Today someone said he thought he had seen me on beach, back home, I guess my spirit or soul sometimes goes a wandering...

Had my flu shot this morning, arm aches already! Usually the next day but this was quicker.. then few hours later blood test taken, different arm!! If that even makes a difference eh! 

So tired again today, I was out for an hour and a half this morning, also defrosted and cleaned the fridge freezer, and cleaned the bathroom floor, whoever put black mirror type tiles down on a bathroom floor never intended to have to clean them! Nightmare!

Been having bad dreams as well, adding insult to injury with my bad sleeping.. 

Had one of those weird moments this morning, listening to Harry Potter on my ear buds, just coming home from flu shot and Asda, and the narrator is saying 'October 16th.....' and I stop in my tracks!! Today is October 16th!! Weird eh? Coincidence.. yes!

Been trying to decide whether to get a car or not! I miss driving, I want a car, but do I need a car??

Summer breeze... in December....

Today was like a mild summers day, absolutely glorious... Above an amazing Nativity crafted by one of the guys who build from sand... creative sculptors in their own right...

People were sun bathing!  Laying on the sun-beds between wind breaks, bathing costumes and suntan cream!  The bars were quite full, the streets were lovely to walk on, enough people but all taking their time leisurely strolling along, window shopping or checking out inside the stores with room to manoeuvre... The Christmas decs up everywhere, especially the wonderful old square by the church in the centre of town... The big old tree completely covered in small lights, just wish I could get back in the evening, but alas... [jeje], they will be all gone by the time I return from the UK and work in January... Next year....

I had to take a picture of this great lamp in a window of the most amazing shop... Very Glam/Punk/Gothic... A real fantastic shop I just wanted to run into and buy all the strange and elaborate things, that I could never wear out in public for fear of laughter!!!

      

Some photos above I took at Cabopino yesterday, they have completed board'walked the dunes!  And it looks fantastic now!  They want to preserve the dunes and the pine forests throughout the area there, they have done a great job of it too!  When I am home next we are going to walk, with the Pipster, the full length of it, see how far it goes...
